Restock process

Ordered: The order has been placed and accepted by the vendor.

Shipped: The shipment is in transit from the origin (the vendor’s factory) to the destination (our fulfillment center). This can take anywhere from one week to one month, depending on the shipper, customs, and other factors.

Receiving: The shipment has arrived at our fulfillment center and is being processed. Steps include receiving and unloading, inventory counting, inspection, storage, and updating our inventory software.

Received: The inventory has been fully processed and is now updated on tourneurgoods.com.
